1. Go to www.sierrawireless.com
2. Navigate to support + downloads, then click downloads
3. In the box select by product, click your product
4. Wait a second, a window will come out, select Others Global
5. After that, there's a list of the entire donwload destined for your modem
6. Save M2_0_11_16bt-M2_0_11_21ap.exe and 3G_Watcher_Generic_2523.msi to your computer.
